AARE – Accredited Auctioneer Real Estate

Justin has earned the Accredited Auctioneer Real Estate endorsement. The AARE designation focuses on the business of auctioneering various types of real estate and the unique challenges that selling real estate via the auction method poses. The AARE designation would be the equivalent of a graduate degree in this specified field of auctioneering. Justin has sold, at auction, parcels for real estate ranging from $10,000 up to farm ground worth millions of dollars.He has also sold substantial amount of residential, commercial, investment, farm and recreation properties.

BAS - Benefits Auction Specialist

Justin has earned the Benefit Auction Specialist designation. The BAS designation focuses on how to conduct benefit auctions to assist non-profits to obtain the highest return for their fundraising event. Training for this designation focuses on the various types of benefit auctions, run of show, maximining specific events during the event, and making fundraising events a success. This training takes the normal “cake auction” to the extreme and assists in turning a basic fundraising event into a unforgettable gala event. Justin has conducted numerous charity auctions from basic cake auctions to grand and sizeable events such as an annual gala attended by almost 600 people raising approximately $750,000.
